Cancellation Policy
48-Hour Cancellation Policy
At By The Brook Head Spa & Hair Care, we value your time and strive to provide every guest with an exceptional experience. To ensure appointment availability for all clients, we kindly require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling requests.
Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the scheduled service amount. No-shows may be charged 100% of the reserved service cost.
We understand that emergencies happen and will consider unforeseen circumstances on a case-by-case basis.
